We support Capgemini’s strategy to cut carbon footprint per employee by 30% by 2030, and actively support forest conservation and ocean protection through Sveaskog in Sweden and Surfrider in France.

Diversity and Inclusion


Diversity can fuel innovation. Embracing all identities and abilities is central to our culture. Through partnerships like CodeYourFuture, we help refugees and disadvantaged individuals become software engineers. Our #AddHer network promotes gender diversity in tech, and supported by our Employee Resource Group (ERG), we’re building inclusive workplaces because we believe it’s important to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, and embrace equality and inclusion.

Digital Inclusion


We connect tech, business, and society through partnerships with clients, NGOs, and academic institutions via a digital inclusion strategy based on networks of local leaders. Projects range from coding education for disadvantaged youth in Luxembourg and the UK, to developing apps that connect children facing similar medical challenges in the Netherlands. Digital education can help bridge gaps and drive positive change in society.
